Jay Z's 40/40 Club Pop Up

Challenge

Fanatics Sportsbook contracted ESM Productions to create of replica of the 40/40 club to serve as the central hub for VIP’s and special guests during all 3 days of the inaugural Fanatics Fest NYC.

Solution

With approximately 3 weeks to open, ESM took the lead to design, fabricate and build an authentic recreation of the 40/40 Club within New York City’s Jacob Javits Convention Center, home of the festival. Among other iconic elements this included the resurrection of the original chandeliers and the shipment of over 500 Louisville Sluggers from their factory in Kentucky.

Outcome

ESM Produced a striking resemblance and a unique brand experience of being inside the original 40/40 club at the Fanatics Fest NYC. The club was full and at capacity for the duration of the open hours with VIP’s and special guests often lingering after the scheduled close.
